Medflix offers a wide range of continuous education across various medical fields, including (but not limited to) medical innovations, treatment methods, laws and regulations, and soft skills for healthcare professionals.

Work through the following steps:

  1. Check your login details. Make sure you entered the correct email address and password, paying attention to capital letters and spaces.
  2. Forgot your password? Click ‘Forgot password?’ on the login screen and follow the steps to set a new password.
  3. Check your internet connection. An unstable connection can cause login problems.
  4. Clear your cookies and cache. Outdated saved login details can conflict with your current details.
  5. Check whether your account has been activated. After registering you receive an email to verify your account — click the link in it to activate your account.
  6. Try a different browser. If logging in still doesn’t work, try another browser or incognito mode.

After renewal after the first year, a notice period of 1 month applies. We will inform you before the next payment is taken. You can find the full terms in our general terms and conditions.

There is no maximum on the number of accreditation points you can earn per year on Medflix. As long as there are courses you haven’t watched yet, you can keep earning points.
